Barnhart Transportation and Affiliates are growing and looking for a full-time Credit and Collections Manager to join our team. This position is in our North East, PA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collections for all companies with customers to include:
- Oversee and assist credit and collections staff
- Oversee collection of outstanding debts
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan and collect installments
- Record and document all conversations and correspondence with customers in applicable systems
- Maintain records of contacts for all customers. Reach out to new customers and gather all required information to assure their account is set up correctly
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
- Calculate monthly A/R allowance
- Complete all credit applications for all companies
- Complete ACH requests for all companies
- Others duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
