**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various HR functions, have exceptional leadership abilities, and be dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates - Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Manage payroll processes and benefits administration - Supervise HR staff to ensure efficient operation of the department - Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth - Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and data collection purposes - Present HR metrics and reports to senior management **Skills:** - Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive role - In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and development - Familiarity with HR systems and databases - Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in change management principles - Experience supervising a team If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational success through effective human resource management practices, we invite you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position.
