BBSI is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Office Assistant to support a dynamic and professional team. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-Time)
- Compensation: $17 per hour
- Location: Grants Pass, Oregon
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
- Update and maintain documents, records, and databases
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory
- Perform general office tasks and run errands as needed
- Assist laboratory technicians with tasks such as glassware washing, bottle preparation, and light housekeeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency and office software experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Positive, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
