About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Engineering Technical Specialist to drive the technical integrity and long-term planning of our mine sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Technical Excellence: Exercise oversight over major forecasts and Life of Mine (LOM) plans to deliver operational success.
- Develop and Manage LOM Technical Roadmap: Identify technical gaps and opportunities in future mining areas, develop required work scopes and studies to ensure technical solutions align with the delivery of the LOM plan.
- Drive Growth Projects: Lead technical initiatives and studies for LOM growth projects, ensuring timely execution through collaborative project management and cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-8 years of experience in underground engineering, with a strong background in mine planning, design, and project management.
