Barrier Technologies, a Davie Florida based Medical Manufacturing company is seeking a Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our talented team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills & capabilities;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment; Medical Manufacturing environment preferred
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Calculating Commission Payments
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Processing Receivables & Payables
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong organization skills and close attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- High level of customer service and follow through
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and CRM accounting programs
