Barton Associates is looking for a bright and driven individual to fill an entry level role as a Billing Analyst within our Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with several different financial operations crucial to the team’s success.

Responsibilities
- Review weekly billing & payroll to ensure accuracy
- Take ownership of external payroll system
- Prepare weekly sales commission and distribute reports to management
- Analyze weekly billing detail to report markup detail and budget tracking to management
- Take ownership of “scheduled” vs “worked” days in CRM to maintain production and forecasting data for management
- Other general accounting tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Working knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting systems
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service mindset
