Barton House is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to residents. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility.
- Monitor health, safety and well-being when required.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Provide Hands On support/Eye View to residents.
- Do personal laundry.
- Document information pertaining the residents' in appropriate flow sheet binders.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.

- Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
- Ability and assist residents with mobility challenges.
- Strong skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
