Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls using office phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Booking freight shipments
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and events, including event planning logistics.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support organizational efforts by implementing efficient office management practices.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve overall office efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office management principles is essential.
