Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Site Controlling at the Bishop, TX production site. This includes:
- Serving as a key member of the Site leadership team, providing strategic financial counsel and support to the Site Director, Global Product Manager and Head of Business Management.
- Being responsible for month-end closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting tasks of site and assigned warehouses for cost, CapEx and OpEx.
- Acting as a business partner for the operations team at the site and drive target achievement of the major financial KPIs.
- Interpreting, directing and ensuring compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that adequate internal controls are maintained so that inventories, M&E and other company assets are protected during all phases of plant operations.
- Directing the preparation of the site Operating Plan/Forecast and assure accuracy and reasonableness of all forward-looking data used for business group projections.
- Leading through coaching and multiple forms of communication to ensure that site personnel possess sufficient financial knowledge to understand the P/L implications of activities occurring in their area of responsibility.
- Being responsible for all general and cost accounting which includes systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or MBA, CPA (Masters degree highly preferred).
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge in Management accounting and inventory control methods.
- Knowledge in SAP modules, MS Office, and basic skills in Tableau and/or PowerBI.
