What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Ecommerce Planner position at Basic Resources, Inc.?
The Associate Ecom Planner will help support the Account Manager in all aspects of our Ecom business and will focus on analyzing sales data, market trends, customer behavior to develop strategic plans for online product assortments, inventory levels, pricing and promotional strategies, aiming to optimize sales and profitability on Walmart.com, collaborating with several cross functional teams to execute our plans.
Responsibilities:
- Update weekly sales reporting for assigned categories across all companies.
- Weekly PDP audits to ensure what consumer see online is correct and transactional, work with appropriate partners for any updates.
- Prepare REQs for all new orders for go-forward assortments.
- Help track monthly warehouse conversion process on to ensure we have adequate inventory to service Ecom order (outside of WMT FC inventory flow).
- Help track SAP item creation and maintenance process with cross functional teams.
- Help track WMT item creation and maintenance process with cross function teams (including product copy and SEO).
- Help coordinate/ship sample needs for each season for buyers.
- Work with production on inbound deliveries and ensure product gets received at the warehouse in timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, inventory and imports) on delivery options to ensure on-time receipt for shipping, flagging orders as hot/urgent when necessary.
- Help identify monthly warehouse conversions needed to ensure we have adequate inventory to service Ecom order (outside of WMT FC inventory flow).
- Assist in any photoshoot prep for seasonal imagery needs.
- Assist with any weekly/monthly deck prep for meetings.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS
- 1-2 years of experience in related industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong business acumen
- SAP and Retail Link a plus
Annual salary starting at $75,000.
