RICHLINE DIGITAL, the ecommerce division of Richline Group, INC. that manages several online jewelry brands, is seeking an eCommerce Associate with data entry skills.
The candidate must be highly competent, organized, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position reports directly to the Production Manager and works cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and fulfillment colleagues. This position helps grow and maintain the site catalog and assists with daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the daily flow of new product launches by creating and inputting product descriptions and detailed product information
- Responsible for the accurate representation and maintenance of all listed products, both through descriptions and technical specifications
- Maintain multiple brand identities through copywriting and product descriptions
- Manage and be responsible for product samples in our NYC office.
- Troubleshoot product data issues across multiple platforms
- Assist with daily operations related to the flow of new products and inventory tracking
- Update and maintain tracking for production orders
- Track the status of product requests and movement in the Florida distribution center
- Track product needs and allocations for promotions across various channels
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Ability to handle both creative and technical, detail-oriented projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality output in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of jewelry terms and concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Editing, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
