Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for our Project Manager and Superintendent
- Process all customer contracts, setting them up in our computer system and reviewing for accuracy
- Assist Project Manager with RFI's, submittals, subcontracts
- Manager subcontractor compliance on each project
- Process and track all change request and change orders
- Manage and collect all lien releases for each project
- Process prelims, Dig Alert and other permits at job set up
Requirements:
- Knowledge Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- 2 years of previous experience in construction
- Knowledge of Sage 300 and HCSS is preferred
Position Details
- Hours 7:30 to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime maybe needed
- Medical benefits offered after 60 days
