We are currently looking to add an Underwriting Support Specialist to our team in Plantation, Florida. This team handles quoting certain risks by phone for our Agents and is responsible for establishing types and limits of coverage to be provided. This includes rating accounts within carrier guidelines and troubleshooting problems. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to handle complex accounts with guidance from the team. This is considered an entry-level opportunity, but a background in Insurance is a plus.
