Our customer service appointment setting specialists (CSRAS) are

responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.

CSRAS will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching

them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales

representative for a follow-up consultation. If you enjoy talking to

people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities

Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive

experience with our company

Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role

Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize

revenue

Field incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments

Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job

Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect

Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers

when making appointments

Complete required call notations and reporting throughout each day

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred

Exhibit excellent communication skills

Be able to overcome and handle rejections or questions from clients

Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and dedicated

Ability to multitask

Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week

Ability to work adjusting shifts due to business needs

A positive attitude

A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and

customers

Experience and willingness, working in a team environment

Excellent organization skills

Excellent attendance records

Ability to accept constructive criticism and learn from past mistakes

Good at listening to customers – Remember a good appointment

setter will listen 80% of the time and speak 20% of the time

An extrovert who has a knack for excellent customer service

Must have great time management skills and ability to work

independently

CRM Proficiency: Familiar with customer relationship management

tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Marketsharp proficiency is

highly desired.

Contact Center Representative Job Description

General Purpose

Interact with customers to provide and process information and set appointments in

response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • overcome customer objections
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service and sale

inquiries

  • provide accurate information
  • perform customer verifications
  • set up new customer appointments
  • follow up with existing customers to set new lead appointments
  • process customer requests
  • organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and appointment setting

  • maintain key metrics, KPIs, and appointment setting minimum requirements
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • manage customers' accounts
  • keep records of customer interactions and appointments
  • record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and appointments
  • record details of actions taken
  • maintain customer databases
  • manage time effectively and adhere to posted schedules
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • follow up on customer interactions as necessary
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service or appointment

Education and Experience

  • high school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
