Bath Fitter / Kitchen Saver is currently searching for a Fleet Manager to join our team in Lewisberry, PA. POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to direct the day-to-day activities of fleet management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages and evaluates Fleet of around 400 vehicles
- Directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Fleet department.
- Develops Fleet Administration standards, vehicle operating and maintenance policies, and systems for cleaning, repair, and maintenance of the facilities.
- Prepares pertinent records and reports as they relate to the fleet.
- Implements proper risk management and safety and accident prevention measures for the fleet and all facilities.
- Maintains accurate records of the condition of vehicles, equipment, and other building systems.
- Ensures all property and fleet files and records are complete and accurate.
- Approves invoices for all goods and services required to maintain the fleet.
- Forecasts and manages replacement of major capital expenses needed for the fleet
- Ensures all databases and reports are kept up-to-date.
- Acts as liaison with insurance carriers in all motor vehicle accident and general liability claims.
- Serves as back up to the Fleet and the Facility Administrators in their absence.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures compliance and complies with OSHA Standards and all Federal and State regulations.
- Travels to other offices when necessary.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrate competency with computers & other electronic office/business equipment.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid state driver’s license, insurance, and have an excellent safety record.
