Position Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is a key sales and leadership role focused on driving customer satisfaction and supporting long-term career growth. You'll connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products and services. You'll also perform basic repairs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. People who succeed in this role excel in sales, develop a strong knowledge of our products and services, and deliver the high level of service that makes Batteries Plus stand out.
Pay Range : Hourly Plus Incentives Pay Package ranging from $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Per year depending on experience and performance (3 Month - Paid Training.)
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction : Understand customer needs, provide friendly assistance, and handle inquiries.
- Sales Excellence : Create quotes, drive sales, and help achieve store daily and monthly goals.
- Streamlined Service : Coordinate repair services, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Store Operations : Assist with receiving, stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership : Assist in the development and training of our team of sales and technician specialists
