We are currently seeking a talented Content Creator to join our Creative Services Team. The successful candidate must be able to create, conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit compelling content to support the needs of our business clients as well as promote news and programming products across all digital and linear broadcast streams. Be a team player in a fast-paced environment and understand the power of social media.
Responsibilities include :
- Create content (including video and graphics for social media, broadcast TV, and other delivery streams) for our commercial clients as well as to market various news and entertainment properties, as needed.
- Write compelling copy that maximizes the impact on audiences on each platform.
- Interact with Sales, News, Marketing, and other management to ensure created content adheres to brands and goals.
- Look for new and innovative ways to create content that will reach audiences efficiently.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines is key.
- Work directly with commercial clients to meet their marketing needs.
- Participate in Station events including appearances within the community.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
This position reports to the Creative Services Director.
Required Skills and Experience :
The base salary compensation range for this role is $17.00 to $20.58 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
