Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and families in a warm and professional manner and provide support in directing them to the correct staff member for further assistance.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate/schedule direct care staff to ensure coverage and address scheduling needs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and receipt documentation.
- Complete Human Resources supportive tasks
- Provide support to other departments as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or healthcare a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or scheduling role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
