Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including new installations, replacements, and upgrades.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and bid documents to develop cost estimates.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project scope and pricing align with expectations.
- Source and negotiate pricing with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist in developing proposals and presentations for clients.
- Utilize BuildOps and other software tools to manage estimating workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to provide accurate estimates.
