Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Bay Community Health. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our mission by managing HR functions that enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with regulations. Your contributions will help us maintain a supportive work environment for our dedicated staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support performance management initiatives by assisting managers with evaluations and feedback processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases and other HR systems.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other employment laws.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience in HR roles with knowledge of performance management and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Paylocity, Paychex, or Kronos is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
