HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist at Metaformers, you will manage a wide range of HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, legal compliance, and maintaining employee data. You will work closely with the executive management team, team directors, and our in-house Senior Resource Manager, who oversees recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Collect and manage payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate monthly payroll processing. Track payroll requirements for employees across multiple states.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee open enrollment, handle benefits updates throughout the year, and provide ongoing support to employees for benefits inquiries and claim issues. Communicate updates and announcements to both management and employees.
- Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure the company is always compliant. Provide regular updates to management and ensure company policies and employee handbooks are revised and maintained as necessary.
- HR Communication & Systems: Maintain and update the HR section on SharePoint for internal communication. Record and maintain employee data in the Central HR system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, legal compliance, and employee data at previous employers.
- Senior-level HR experience with a deep understanding of HR functions.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll and benefits administration.
