The Spa at Bay Harbor Yacht Club is seeking a Full-time/Seasonal Spa Concierge to enhance our talented spa team for the 2025 summer season. Your unique characteristics, combined with your passion and skill will contribute to our operational success, in addition to providing our valued members with a 5-star personalized experience.
The Spa Concierge will ideally begin training and orientation mid-late April with the role concluding at the end of September. The Spa Concierge will work alongside our supportive Spa Director and will enjoy a working schedule of Wednesday through Saturday 9:30a-4:30p, with Sunday and Monday off. The Spa at Bay Harbor Yacht Club values a healthy work-life balance with the flexibility of additional days off as needed, based on business demand. The Spa Concierge will be set up for success to assist our Spa Director with the overall spa operation that includes the flowing responsibilities below.

Job Duties:
- Ensures an overall professional and polished experience for our members and their guests.
- Ensures correct and accurate financial transactions for spa services, retail and spa food & beverage purchases, ensuring the correct member account is being charged using our Northstar software. As a cashless club, all purchases are paid via a credit/debit card or member account.
- Schedule, edit, cancel spa appointments via in person, email, or phone. Also look ahead on the spa schedule and confirm any online appointments made by members via the member app and/or website.
- Respond to member interactions, communication and questions (in person, email, phone) in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa locker rooms/spa lounge during the member visit and after member departure. Also restock locker room and lounge amenities, shower products, and linens as needed.
- Handle all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist members with the sale of retail merchandise; assist with inventory and stocking of retail items.
- Adheres to the policies, standards and procedures of Bay Harbor Yacht Club and The Spa.
- Provides spa tours to members and their guests and reports any health information to the spa technicians.
- Reports any member or team member incidents/accidents to the Spa Director and/or General Manager.
- Goes the extra mile and anticipates member needs.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Spa and/or luxury hospitality experience preferred
