Bay Path Rehab & Nursing Center -

Bay Path is currently seeking an Admissions Assistant  (Part-Time, 24 hours) to join our team at Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. We are a 5-Star CMS Rated Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for our patients and the residents we serve.

Requirements for  Admissions Assistant :

  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Understands and can maneuver in a heavily regulated healthcare environment
  • Medical records and / or admissions experience, a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties for  Admissions Assistant :

  • Complete admission packets with the resident / patient or responsible party
  • Determine payer source and any resident / patient payment responsibility
  • Provide informational tours for visitors
  • Adhere to federal, state and facility regulations
