Job Description:
You will be responsible for making home visits, performing diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans to promote wound repair and prevent further injury. You will also educate and instruct clients on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Required Skills:
- A current VA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
