BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Claymont, Delaware. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories in Delaware County and New Castle County.
Responsibilities include making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating clients and family members, and documenting observations and interventions. Qualifications include a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
