Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility assessments and strength evaluations.
- Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve clients' mobility and independence.
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety.
Qualifications:
- A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
