About the Role
- BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a skilled Physical Therapist for a job in Westminster, Maryland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
- Implement integumentary protective interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and instruct clients on rehabilitative care.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
- A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
