We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to join our home health care team in Warrington, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support to adult and geriatric clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to address each client's unique needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
- Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Educate and empower clients and their families to take an active role in their care and well-being.
Requirements:
- Current PA Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
