A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time Physical Therapists.
The ideal candidate will have one year of recent work experience as a licensed Physical Therapist and a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate clients on rehabilitative care and activities.
Qualifications include:
- A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
