Key Responsibilities:

Print Mail Processing Specialist:

• Process and manage large volumes of mail production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize and track print jobs from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use specialized software to prepare, format, and proof mailing lists for direct mail campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with postal regulations and cost-effective mailing options.

Commercial Printing Estimator:

• Work with customers to understand print project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial printing jobs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility of estimates and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a strong understanding of paper types, inks, finishes, and print processes.
• Provide clients with accurate pricing and help with any questions regarding print options.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in print mail processing, commercial printing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (ability to manipulate data, create formulas, and track metrics).
• In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, paper, and finishing processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with print estimating software.
• Knowledge of postal regulations and direct mail processes.
• Background in customer service or project management in a printing environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
