The Vice President of Customer Access and Operational Excellence is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives designed to transform customer access and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Works closely with leadership across the enterprise to establish and facilitate the customer access, vision, and growth strategy. - Oversees activities, including improvement prioritization, mobilization, and team effectiveness to accelerate and drive an agenda of operational excellence. - Works collaboratively with leadership across the enterprise to create, develop, implement, and sustain programs and strategies that support exceptional access and service for customers and referring providers. - Employs exemplary leadership that helps to introduce new ways of thinking, supporting patients, while also sourcing and building data driven solutions. - This position will lead the system change management model. - Spearhead efforts to grow revenues and reduce costs while ensuring strong financial performance with superior efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with the CEO Cabinet to develop the organizational operating plan, create the rigor around the operating initiatives to execute and monitor for sustained improvement. - Operational Initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and financial targets. - Ensure the integration, coordination, and enhancement of activities across departments. - Oversee management of the Operational and Access team all supporting our vision of being the best place to work, receive and deliver care. Required Experience - 7-10 years of increasing Executive responsibility, - 7-10 years of Operations Experience in large, complex, Healthcare system, - 5-7 years Management of Complex Patient Access - Multiple Channels.
