We are seeking an experienced Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our team in Spring Hill. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing evidence-based programs that effectively prevent substance abuse.
- Job Description:
- Design and implement outreach campaigns to educate the public about health and wellness topics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community agencies to promote healthy behaviors.
- Conduct data-driven research to inform program development and evaluation.
- Travel extensively to promote health initiatives and engage with communities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures related to health and wellness.
- Provide education and training to employees on health and wellness topics.
- Develop and distribute educational materials, such as brochures and posters, to promote health awareness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in substance abuse prevention.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to program development and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in substance abuse prevention or behavioral health preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Valid driver's license.
