We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our family business. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Duties
- Responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions.
- Track purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments
- Record financial data into general ledgers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Service walk-in customers
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., BusinessWorks)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of construction is an added plus
