Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently while providing information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and handling incoming calls promptly.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation at the front desk.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred; experience in hospitality management is a plus.
