We are looking for a responsible and dependable Full Time/Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation at the Baymont Inn & Suites.
If you have a knack for talking (a.k.a. customer service), then we want YOU to join our Front Office team! : )
Experience is not necessary but a plus
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome the guests upon their arrival and assign rooms while consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Provide guests information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities in an informative and helpful way
- Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
