Title: Instructional Designer
Duration: 4 months with possible extension
Location: Remote Role
Pay rate: $ 65 to $70/hr. on W2

- Able to be comprehensive in story boarding
- Already have a working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Front end knowledge to bring in users
- Backend call center knowledge (Plus)
- Put together a project plan
- Schedule review meetings, edits, interact with teams.
Job Details:
• Individual contributor position responsible for designing and delivering training programs: both instructor-led and eLearning.
• Analysis training needs across functions and brands.
• Develops instructional materials and selects suitable delivery methods or training aids.
• Partners with subject matter experts to ensure materials are accurate and are aligned with the organization's business goals.
• May revise existing materials to reflect new approaches.
• Communicates with internal customers to follow up on implementation and evaluation of training programs.
• Facilitates classes where needed.
• Typically reports to Mgr Learning & Dev Strategy. Typically, no direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Instructional Design/Sales Education.
• ServiceNow experience
Salary : $65 - $70
