Position Summary
To organize and properly prepare trays of food from the kitchen service line for server staff in Oxford Grill area.
Job Qualifications
Able to stand for long periods of time (4-6 hours). Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to be organized and calm in a stressful environment
Essential Job Functions
- Interpret food orders coming through kitchen printer from dining room
Organize orders for service
Food is at proper temperature
Wine / beer service areas
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. At other times, the work requires some physical exertion, such as reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
