Operations Manager
We are seeking an Operations manager at one of the largest and most awarded ad agency networks in the world. Candidates should have experience working within a team while possessing the ability to manage multiple assignments on their own. It is important the applicant is a detail-oriented/problem-solving type who can maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Within a short period of time, the candidate will have a vast understanding of the inner workings of an agency. The Operations team works in many areas of the business alongside all departments to optimize management of the account’s everyday functions, financials, contracts, Client-requests and more. As a result, the position will require taking on a lot of responsibility, with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Identifies agency and client procedural inefficiencies, and ways to improve them.
- Collaborates and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional team members.
- Resource for agency and account policies and procedures.
- Properly manages the execution of projects and initiatives.
- Shares and recommends ideas that add value to how Clients and Agency operate.
- Understands and helps manage financial reports for Clients and Agency.
- Trains, mentors, and supervises junior operations/account members.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience working with other teams, and/or within one themselves.
- Ability to use data and analytics to make observations.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively to identify problems and resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical with strong Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptable, with a strong desire for continuous self-improvement and enhancement of their environment.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
