Responsibilities :
- Process a large volume of invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Data entry into the accounts payable system to ensure timely and correct payments.
- Ensure invoices are matched with corresponding purchase orders.
- Help with maintaining records and providing reports on invoice status.
- Communicate with vendors and departments to resolve payment issues.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
