Senior Operations Manager
The Senior Operations Manager position is responsible for managing all servicing, production and associated personnel. This position will also serve as a member of the leadership team and oversee multiple teams and branches. The ideal candidate will uphold our company values, such as being a team player, intentional, accountable, positive, driven, and coachable. A well-suited candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and employee management. Other experience in fleet management, mechanics, and quality control would reduce the learning curve of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage Team Accountability by:
- Oversee and manage team’s performance with regular performance reviews.
- Provide relevant feedback to direct reports on a consistent basis.
- Maintain scorecards for each employee, creating accountability that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
- Provide and schedule necessary training to improve employee performance and effectiveness.
- Hold effective and efficient leadership and staff meetings by providing updates on company performance, progress towards sales goals, any relevant market information to share and any updates from leadership or field teams.
- Manage projects:
- Ensuring that proper, prior planning is taking place and status updates are delivered to the leadership team.
- Create a relevant and attainable schedule for project due dates and assign to team members with accountability metrics for when to have project completed by.
- Ensure that projects are completed thoroughly and to the company’s standards and expectations.
- Oversee workforce planning, including hiring, training, and terminating.
Ensure Quality Control by:
- Performing market research regularly to ensure company rates are competitive to the market rates.
- Work with HR to complete job analysis to ensure job descriptions properly align with job expectations.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that processes are standardized and repeatable; shared and executed by all.
Workflow Creation & Management:
- Oversee the scheduling for teams, both daily, weekly and monthly to ensure consistent bookings.
- Review routes to reduce lost time and improve efficient flows.
- Manage team sizes for production efficiency.
- Review the revenue and billable hours and work with leadership to enact any recommended changes to production schedule.
Manage Equipment, Vehicles, Shop, and Parts:
- Oversee the shop operations and production process.
- Work with the shop team to schedule any preventative maintenance of machines and fleet vehicles.
- Adjust schedule as necessary when vehicles or equipment is down to reduce lost time.
- Review service logs on equipment and meet with shop team to ensure machines are properly working.
- Manage parts inventory to ensure adequate parts are stocked and orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory checks periodically and log to ensure there are no lost or unaccounted for costs.
- Work with Integrator in purchasing of products.
- Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure services are completed at appropriate times of the year.
- Assist in organizing the shop as need.

Other Notes: The job is year around, does have a busy season that runs from March thru November. Some travel will be required throughout the year.
Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 annually
Schedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PM, Monday-Friday; subject to adjustments during peak season
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Logan, UT (on-site)
