We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR programs and policies across multiple locations. This key leadership role involves strategizing on a variety of HR services, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee well-being, performance management, training, payroll, and labor relations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and implementing innovative HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Creating a comprehensive 3-5 year strategic HR plan.
- Assessing and enhancing HR functions to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advising on HR strategies that meet our organizational objectives.
- Managing a dedicated HR team and overseeing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of four years of professional HR experience; ten years is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong proficiency in HRIS software (preferably Workday).
- A proven track record in HR management, conflict resolution, and negotiation with local unions.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
