Duties
- Communicate with customers via telephone to provide information about products or services
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and details
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Conduct sales or lead generation activities when required
- Provide multilingual support if applicable
- Perform office tasks such as data entry and documentation
- Type accurately and efficiently during customer interactions
Requirements
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer support or call center environment is a plus
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with patience and empathy
- Familiarity with client services principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
