We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting plumbing, HVAC, electrical services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Utilize scripts to provide information about products' features, prices, etc.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Experience:
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in sales or call center environment preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with outbound calling and phone etiquette
- Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
- Prior experience working with home services or related industries, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other trade services preffered
