Supports Medicare product portfolio; responsible for the management and execution of required product documents based on regulatory guidance, strategic direction, competitive intel and industry best practices. Job Description: Job Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end process for the creation and fulfillment of the annual member mailing to ensure that benefit information is reflected accurately within the designated deadlines. Serving as department liaison with key functional groups to maintain open dialogue regarding plan design and administrative changes related to Product Strategy, Operations, Pharmacy, and Compliance. Reviewing and interpreting regulations that impact the company's Medicare plans; ensuring compliance with governing bodies. Implementing and improving procedures for handling plan materials and regulatory documents for members or potential customers; analyzing causes of difficulties and makes changes, as needed. Job Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment Experience 5 years - Experience in the healthcare industry required 3 years - Experience with Medicare products required Skills\Certifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
