Director, TripSource Customer Success (Remote)
Full-time, United States, Costa Rica, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Poland
As Director, TripSource Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve maximum value and success from the TripSource platform. This role focuses on managing client relationships, driving customer engagement, and ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients, addressing their needs, solving challenges, and serving as a critical bridge between clients and internal teams.
As aDirector, TripSource Customer Success, you will
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for feature enhancements or improvements
- Develop success plans and strategies tailored to the client's business objectives and platform goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their success with TripSource
- Address client questions, resolve challenges, and provide timely updates to ensure client readiness for going live
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams during the pre-sales phase to provide platform expertise and ensure alignment between client requirements and TripSource capabilities
- Assist in preparing and delivering client-facing demonstrations and presentations to showcase TripSource functionality
About you
- Priorexperience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in corporate travel
- Prior experience with corporate online booking tools
- Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through
