The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of investment fund formation and a proven track record of success in complex transactional work. They will be able to demonstrate their expertise in fund formation, secondary transactions, venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds, as well as experience working within teams and mentoring junior associates. Additionally, they will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where they are applying. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment funds, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds. Experience in secondary transactions, separately managed accounts, and carry vehicle structuring is preferred.
