As a Business-to-Business Sales Manager at BCI Solutions, we will depend on you to gain a deep knowledge of our customers and their organizations. You will collaborate with our engineering, production, and executive teams to identify opportunities for BCI Solutions to add value to existing customers while acquiring new ones. Major measures of success in this position include exceeding sales goals and increasing BCI Solution’s market share. Travel will be required for in-person presentations. (approximately 10- 15 days/month).
Industry experience is a plus, but more importantly we are looking for someone with drive and creativity who is ready to step in and contribute to the success of BCI Solutions and our customers.
While we prefer industry experience, it is not a requirement. What we do require is someone who is internally driven, eager to learn, and ready to add value to BCI Solutions and our customers. We are here to support you, but your success is in your hands. The possibilities are endless!
