Our client, a boutique law firm located in Midtown, is looking for a meticulous administrative analyst to help provide support to their office. This person should value professionalism, efficiency, and a collaborative work environment. While there is not a need for a legal background, this person should be proficient in Excel and enjoy tasks that require paying close attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in managing case files, docketing deadlines, and tracking court filings.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other external parties.
- Coordinate billing and invoicing, including tracking attorney billable hours and generating invoices.
- Support office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Salary : $80-100K base (DOE) Bonus Great benefits
Hours : 9am-5pm 5x a week in Midtown office
