RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage complex personal and professional calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones

Arrange all business related domestic and international travel including VISA and passport needs

Prepare, track, and submit detailed expense reports

Draft, format, and manage correspondence, documents, and presentations

Handle document management tasks, including filing, copying, and scanning as needed

Serve as primary liaison with boards and stakeholders

Coordinate all aspects of private aviation, including charter bookings, flight itineraries, ground transportation, and in-flight preferences

Handle high-level personal errands, reservations, gifting, and event planning with discretion and attention to detail

Oversee household staff and vendors, including scheduling, contract negotiation, and quality control

Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Provide 24/7 availability for urgent matters and last-minute travel or scheduling changes
REQUIREMENTS

Over 10 years of experience providing administrative support or in a related capacity

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Proactive with a strong sense of initiative

SALARY
$110-120K base paid OT discretionary bonus
