What (the position is) :

Be Amazing has one of the fastest growing TikTok Shops and the #1 vegan protein on the platform. Your role and efforts will revolve around TikTok Shop

Recruitment - are you able to find passionate creators that will push this brand forward?

Community Management - how can you make our community better and inspire people to do more?

Content Creation - are you okay with being on camera?

Content Management - are you organized?

Where (we are) :

Nashville, Tennessee - we want you in the office as we believe the best collaboration and growth comes from this. If remote, you will have to be okay with coming to Nashville every 6-8 weeks.

The Qualifications :

At least 1 year using the TikTok Shop Platform (it will be our first set of questions)

1-4 years of professional social media experience

Understanding of influencer marketing, creator recruiting, and content creation. (Experience is a plus)

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Creativity is a must!

Passion for health and fitness, Be Amazing’s mission, and the products / services we are providing

Strong balance of confidence and humility.

Salary & Perks :

Strong Base Salary of $55k with an incredible bonus structure (up to $30k )
